“My mum and her neighbour needed a stairlift and the Neon Group were brilliant. A representative came out the same day as our enquiry, showed them both several choices and explained the advantages of each. Once chosen, it was fitted 5 days later. Thank you for such a swift, pleasant and professional service.”

“I was visited at home for measurements and a quote. My stairlift was installed the following week. I had to call a few days later to adjust the rail. They visited the following day and repaired it there and then. The stairlift has made my life so much easier and I only wish I’d had one installed a long time ago.”
Pauline Simpson
“They undertook a very thorough survey of the stairs and then suggested several solutions, discussing the ins and outs of each option. The price was very reasonable. Delivery was spot on schedule and it was fitted without a problem in the stated time. I would recommend them.”

Every new stairlift comes with a five-year warranty — considerably longer than most suppliers offer, and it’s included as standard rather than sold as an extra.
The people who fit your stairlift are the people who service it. We’re available round the clock if something goes wrong, with service contracts or one-off callouts.
