We work on all makes, including brands we don’t sell, and we’re on call 24 hours if something goes wrong.

Stairlift servicing, any make
Book a serviceA regular service keeps your stairlift safe and reliable, and catches small problems before they turn into breakdowns. Most manufacturers recommend a service once a year.
We service all makes, including Stannah, Acorn, Handicare, Brooks, Thyssenkrupp, Otolift and Access BDD. You can book a one-off service or take out a service contract.
Installation, removal and rental
We also fit new and reconditioned stairlifts, take away lifts you no longer need, and rent stairlifts for short-term use.
Stairlift installation
We supply and fit straight, curved and reconditioned stairlifts. The home survey is free, usually the same day or the next, and most straight lifts are fitted in a few hours. Every new stairlift comes with a five-year warranty.
Stairlift removal
If you no longer need your stairlift, we’ll take it out and take it away. If it’s in good condition, we may be able to buy it from you.
Stairlift rental
If you only need a stairlift for a while, for example after an operation, you can rent one instead of buying. Call us to talk through what you need.
Independent stairlift engineers
Our founder, Darren Stanton, has worked as a stairlift engineer since 2009. Every engineer who visits you works for Neon Group. We never use subcontractors.
We’re independent, so we’re not tied to one manufacturer. That’s why we can service and repair any make of stairlift, not just the ones we sell.
